BREXIT: how to prepare?
With the ratification of the Withdrawal Agreement, the United Kingdom exited the European Union in an orderly fashion at midnight on January 31, 2020.

- sells goods or provides services in the UK ;
- purchases goods or uses a service provider established in the UK;
- has a subsidiary or carries out assignments in the UK;
- employs staff in the UK;
- is a depositary of patents or European trademarks active in the UK;
- has customers or suppliers in the UK.
