Gender Equality Index – 2023
In application of the Avenir Professionnel law, our company publishes its “Equality between women and men” index resulting in a score of 98 points out of 100.
At the RDT Group level, only RHODANIENNE DE TRANSIT is concerned by this publication.
Our score is broken down as follows:
- Gap in remuneration between women and men (38/40 points)
- Gap in distribution of individual increases (35/35 points)
- Percentage of employees who received an increase in the year following their return from maternity leave(15/15 points)
- Parity among the highest remunerations (10/10 points)
